Founded by Bill Deans in 1986, W.J. Deans Transportation’s early endeavours included the specialized transportation of hot rolled aluminium coils from Northern Québec to various points in the United States. Since then, we have focused on servicing the steel industry.

With innovative B-trains, designed by Bill himself, W.J. Deans is able to offer legal payloads of up to 100,000 lbs.

Although we specialize in the transportation of steel, W.J. Deans also provides courteous, efficient, service for all commodities requiring flat-bed service. Our experienced, professional staff aim to provide service with a personal touch.

Both our head office in Delson, and our Stoney Creek terminal are equipped with certified maintenance facilities to keep our fleet of late model tractors and ultra-light trailers running smoothly. Our Stoney Creek facility also offers outside truck and trailer repair service.
